Tomorrow begins the Month for People Impacted by Su***de Loss. In 2021, the Canadian Association for Su***de Prevention expanded the observance of the International Day for People Impacted by Su***de Loss on November 23rd to encompass the entire month.

“By CASP recognizing that a month-long awareness event for people impacted by su***de loss is needed, it allows those individuals, often suffering in silence or alone, to have their stories heard. Eliminating stigma and talking about su***de by the people left behind allow not only for healing but for further education and advocacy in the name of su***de prevention and life promotion.” - Sean Krausert, Executive Director

Throughout the month, we will be sharing quotes from people who have been impacted by su***de loss who are sharing what supported them to find help, hope and healing.
