The Omineca Arts Centre is an interdisciplinary, locally-led artist run centre that is grounded in arts-based community development. The organization was initiated by an emerging group of artists, curators, and community organizers in collaboration with Living Labs at Emily Carr University of Art + Design and Two Rivers Gallery following the Neighborhood Time Exchange project.
