Building Strength Through Canadian Collaboration

The NRCA stands with provincial leaders and regional construction associations as we enter a period of uncertainty in international trade.

Regardless of which side of the political aisle we represent, now is the time to focus on what unites us: strengthening Canada's economy by supporting internal trade, reducing barriers to interprovincial training, labour, transportation, and logistics, and making thoughtful choices when purchasing goods and services.

The construction industry has always demonstrated resilience, innovation, and determination. By investing in Canadian businesses, supporting local supply chains, and working together across regions, we can turn challenges into opportunities.

If we stand together, we will emerge stronger, more competitive, and better prepared to navigate the uncertainty of global markets.

Build Local. Buy Canadian. Strengthen Canada.

A great employee benefits plan is about more than covering healthcare expenses. It's about helping people stay healthy, productive, and supported throughout every stage of life.
When employees have access to comprehensive benefits, including mental health resources, preventive care, and wellness programs, they are better equipped to thrive both at work and at home. Healthy employees help build stronger, more resilient workplaces.
We believe employee benefits should do more than provide coverage. That's why our plans are designed to support the health, well-being, and productivity of construction employers and their teams across Canada.

What a fun night at our TEE UP! Women in Construction Networking Golf Night at Alder Hills on August 20, 2026!

This night was all about celebrating the amazing women working across every area of construction in our region, whether you’re in the trades, admin, technical support, ownership, leadership, or anywhere in between. You all deserve to be celebrated!

Thank you to everyone who came out for some golf, laughs, and great conversations. A big shoutout to our sponsors: Convoy Supply , IDL Projects Inc. , Vancouver Island Construction Association , and Tailgate Toolkit!

What do you think: should we turn TEE UP into a nine-hole Women in Construction golf tournament next year, or keep it as a casual networking night? Let us know in the comments!
