An Extraordinary Gift for the Conservatory’s Future

The Prince George Conservatory of Music is delighted to announce an extraordinary gift of $87,000 from Kasper Walraven who believes in the importance of music education in our community.

This remarkable gift is an investment in the Conservatory’s future. The funds will be set aside to strengthen our long-term financial stability, helping ensure that we can continue serving students and families in our region for years to come.

We are deeply grateful for this incredible act of generosity and the confidence it represents in the Conservatory and our work.

While this gift is a tremendous boost to our long-term stability, our annual fundraising remains essential. Each year, we rely on the generosity of our community to fund bursaries for students who need financial assistance and scholarships that recognize musical achievement. This ongoing support helps ensure that students can access music education and that their hard work and dedication are recognized.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to Kasper Walraven for this extraordinary contribution and for helping build a stronger future for music education in northern BC. 🎶
