كان سؤالكم عن ما إذا كان الكحول الإيثيلي يستخدم كحامل لمكسبات الطعم في منتجاتنا.
تحتوي العديد من منتجاتنا المخبوزة على مكسبات طعم (نكهة) و التي تحتوي على مقدار ضئيل من الكحول الإيثيلي.
نرجو ملاحظة أن أي كحول في المنتجات المخبوزة سيتبخر أثناء عملية الخبز. كما نرجو ملاحظة أن الكحول ربما يكون أحد مكونات مكسبات الطعم في جميع حشو الدونت. غير أن مقدار الكحول الإيثيلي في المنتج النهائي يكون ضئيلا.
وقد ألحقنا قائمة المكونات على وجه الخصوص لكل من مشروباتنا الساخنة ، ومكسبات الطعم، والدونت، وذلك لمعلوماتكم.
وننوه أنه إذا كان في قائمة المكونات مكسبات طعم طبيعية أو صناعية فإن ذلك يعني أن المنتج قد يحوي الكحول الإيثيلي كحامل لها.
وقد أكدنا أن الأيس كابتشينو يحتوي على الكحول الإيثيلي كحامل لمكسبات الطعم. وقد أكدنا أيضا أن مكسبات الطعم المستخدمة في الدونت التي ليس بها حشو لا تحتوي على كحول أيثيلي.

Thank you for taking the time to contact Tim Hortons Head Office with your inquiry. Your request was for information regarding the use of ethyl alcohol as a flavour carrier in our products.
Many of our baked goods contain added flavours, which may contain trace amounts of ethyl alcohol. Please note that any alcohol in baked products will evaporate during the baking process. Please note however that ethyl alcohol may be an ingredient in the flavourings for all donut fillings. The alcohol content in the finished product would be trace. Specifically in regards to our hot beverages, flavor shots, and donuts, we have attached the ingredient lists for your review. Please note that if natural or artificial flavour is listed, then the product may contain ethyl alcohol as a carrier.
We have confirmed that our Iced Capps contain ethyl alcohol as a carrier for the flavours. We have also confirmed that the flavours used in our donuts without fillings do not contain alcohol.
The "Allergen Info" pdf which I have attached outlines which items contain animal products.
Furthermore, at Tim Hortons, we employ trained individuals who review all products (including their ingredient lists) thoroughly to ensure they are safe for our guests to consume. We comply with all government regulations to provide safe and acceptable food items.
