Team Pittie Party Association (TPPA) is a registered not-for-profit society. Comprised primarily of Pit bulls, their owners, and honorary members, TPPA is committed to charitable community improvement through: sport, training, breed ambassadors, and other outreach endeavours. TPPA offers:

The last dude of the litter. He’s called Ninja by the kids he has been staying with. Just over ten weeks old. ‘Ninja’ is being raised around two big doggos and tons of kids. Does great around the other dogs and already knows how to mind his manners and has the sweetest little face and heart. He’s crate trained and does great and relaxes well. My name is Chew. I’m a 7 year old, spayed Pit Bull.
I am a sweet girl who loves to cuddle on the couch or in bed and most days, you can find me doing either of those things the whole day!
I have been living with my dad and other dogs for 5 years and mostly love it. Mostly.
Except I have one of my sister-dogs who tries to kill me every chance she gets (literally) and my Dad doesn’t want that for me any more so we’re looking for a suitable home for me to live out my senior years without being afraid of being attacked every moment. (There has been a few pretty major incidents and they are not my fault).
I am a good girl with no health issues or allergies but I do have an old hip and knee injury but it doesn’t really slow me down.
I don’t bark much ,
I walk nicely on a leash but I don’t really like going on long walks, I would rather be on the couch or playing tug. I love playing tug!
I don’t ever mess in the house!
I get along with some dogs but would love to be the only dog.
I’d do the very best in an adult only home but I love older kids too.
I can spend long hours at home alone and don’t wreck anything. I don’t eat shoes or furniture or eat out of the garbage or nothing but I will protect your home from bad guys and squirrels!
I can be a little reactive but it is super easy to get me to “smarten up” in the moment and act like the lady I am.
I am crate trained too!

My dad really just wants the best for me and doesn’t want me getting beat up any more and wants me to have the best life I deserve.

Chew is a wonderful dog who really doesn’t require much. A soft spot on the couch, a few toys, 3 cups of food a day, a daily cheese tax and a pup-cup every once-in-a-while.

It’s been a long time since any post has gone up, any community event has organized or even any large intakes.
The Team Pittie Party team needed a break.
The world of rescue and rehabilitation is hard, dark and can be very emotionally draining at times.

Team Pittie Party is happy to announce that (while our doors may not be officially open) we haven’t completely abandoned our calling.
There are a couple of fantastic dogs that are looking for their forever homes and a litter of puppies that will be ready for their new families in a few short weeks. So stay tuned and reach out if you’re interested in meeting your new forever best buddy.
We are also pleased to announce that our trainer/behaviourist is back and will be available for consults, assessments and one-on-one sessions.

Reactive Dog Saturdays have been great and we’re going to keep running them as we do however, we’ve been asked countless times for a more instructional, force-free training on curbing reactivity.
