The Future West Motocross Series is coming to PGMA for ROUND 6! 🏍️💨

📍 Blackwater Motocross Park – Prince George, BC

The track is getting prepped, the gates are getting ready to open, and we can’t wait to welcome riders, families and spectators for an AWESOME weekend of racing! 🤘

👉 RACERS: Check the poster for gate hours, registration deadlines, race fees, transponders and camping information.

👉 SPECTATORS: Come out, bring the family and watch some incredible racing! Spectator admission is $20/person for the weekend and kids 5 & under are FREE!

🏕️ Camping available
🏁 Saturday practice included with racer admission
💵 Please remember camping and spectator gate fees are CASH ONLY

⚠️ REMINDERS:
No pit bikes or e-bikes permitted.
All racers must have a valid MRC membership.
There is NO onsite registration Saturday.

🏁 FUTURE WEST MOTO IS COMING BACK TO PRINCE GEORGE! 🏁

We’re officially less than a month away from Round 7 of the Future West Moto Series at Blackwater MX Park!

📍 Blackwater MX Park – Prince George, BC
📅 September 5 & 6, 2026

We are getting excited to welcome everyone back for another full weekend of motocross at PGMA! 🔥

Weekend overview:
• Friday: Pre-race warm-up — times/details to be posted separately
• Saturday: Riders Meeting at 7:30 AM, Practice + Moto 1
• Sunday: 2-lap Practice + Moto 2
• Camping available for $30/weekend – cash only
• Gate admission $20/person – cash only
• Kids 5 & under FREE
• Food vendors on site
• Transponders are mandatory
• Online race registration required
• No pit bikes or e-bikes permitted
• BC riders must have a valid MRC Membership

🏁 PGMA WORK BEE & RIDE DAY — JULY 25! 🏁

Come join us at the Blackwater Track on July 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for a fun day of working together, catching up, eating hotdogs and riding!

Things we’re hoping to tackle:
✅ W**d trimming and grass cutting
✅ Brush and tree clean-up
✅ Track and grounds maintenance
✅ Fence and signage repairs
✅ Water-system work
✅ General clean-up around the facility

Please bring w**d eaters, lawnmowers, rakes, shovels and other useful tools where possible. Experienced adults are also welcome to bring chainsaws or other powered equipment, along with the required PPE!

We will try to source as much equipment and supplies as possible, but supplies can become limited - so every extra tool, donation and helping hand makes a difference!

🔸 Exterior paint, brushes and rollers

Please RSVP so we can plan for food and supplies. Anyone who is not a PGMA member must complete a waiver before riding.

We’re excited for a great day to get everyone together, make progress around the club and enjoy the track afterward. Hope to see you there!

There are seasons where everything goes your way….and then there are seasons that truly define a rider.🔥🔥

This year, Prince George rider Tyler Kranrod has shown exactly what grit, resilience, and determination are all about.

At just 14 years old, Tyler set his sights on earning a ticket to the 2026 Loretta Lynn’s Amateur National Championship. The journey was far from easy. His winter training at ClubMX was interrupted by collarbone surgery, forcing him to spend six weeks off the bike. As soon as he was able, he got right back to work, returning to training through February and March.
Before heading home, Tyler lined up for his first race in the U.S. at a North Carolina AMA Area Qualifier, where he earned P1-P1 finishes. After returning home, he followed that up with P2-P2 finishes at another Northwest Area Qualifier.

Back home for Round 1 of the BC Championship, Tyler topped qualifying with the fastest lap, only to have his day cut short by a first-moto crash that left one arm in a sling and the other in a cast.

Once again, Tyler focused on what he could control — recovering, rebuilding, and getting back on the bike.
Just weeks later, he lined up at the Northwest Regional at Washougal. Through determination and heart, he punched his ticket to Loretta’s in both the 250 C and 250 C Jr. (12–17) classes.

Every rider and moto family knows that results only tell part of the story. It’s the commitment on the tough days, the perseverance through setbacks, and the willingness to keep chasing your goals that truly define a rider.

On behalf of the Prince George Motocross Association and all of our members, congratulations Tyler 🤩 We are incredibly proud of you and wish you the best of luck at Loretta Lynn’s!
