💖Try a punch card!

Each time your child completes a task, they earn a sticker, stamp, or punch.

Some ideas:

🦷 Brush teeth
🧸 Clean up toys
💧 Drink water
❤️ Use kind words

When the card is full, celebrate with a special activity like a trip to the park, choosing a bedtime story, or a family game night.

Small accomplishments build confidence, independence, and healthy habits, all while having F U N!
