Hey Powell River! Aerial Silks will once again be offered at our gym! We have the very talented Jamie Casuso-James as our resident coach and we'll be offering classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the fall session. What a great way to participate in an activity with your young children! We offer Parent & Tot classes, either Free Play or Instructional. Both are great fun for both the parent and the children! We have classes on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.

So many new and exciting things have made their way to PRGS this summer 🎉🎉🎉
We can’t wait for the fall session to start so you can all try them out with us!

Please note: GymBC and PRGS memberships are required with your registration so make sure to include those in your registration.
