Congratulations to all the members of our competitive team that competed this weekend at Island Time in Nanaimo! 🔆

You all did an absolutely fabulous job, we couldn’t be more proud of you!

We are now offering drop-in punch cards. Available to use on Tuesdays&Thursdays drop-ins from 7:30-9:00PM, PLUS our Saturday Open Gyms from 1:00-3:00PM.

Don't forget to pick one up from the office and have it punched when you arrive.

Price is $18.00 per drop-in plus $17.00 for GymBC (8-visit) membership, unless you already have a membership.

🌼🌷 Garden City Invitational 2026 🌸🌺

Congratulations to all of our athletes that competed in Victoria this weekend!

There were a few new levels and new routines that made their debut. There were also many medals and ribbons achieved, showing all of the hard work that our girls put in to their performances!

We are so proud of each and every one of them!

A huge thank you to Falcon Gymnastics for hosting such a great event!
