🎄 Light Up the Park at Putters Mini Golf 🎄

Powell River Professional Firefighters teamed up with Putters Mini Golf to bring holiday cheer to our community by lighting up the mini-golf course for our annual Light Up the Park fundraiser! ✨🚒

✨ The course is beautifully decorated with festive lights and open Dec 19–23 from 5 – 8 pm — entry by donation.
💖 All proceeds go to the Powell River Fire Fighter Charitable Fund, supporting local causes and community initiatives. 

🎉 New this year: Glow-in-the-dark golf on Dec 20 (regular mini golf fees apply)!

For decades, our members have proudly lit up the tree in front of Westview Veterinary Hospital, and we want to give a huge thank-you to the amazing team there for their years of support.

A huge thank you to Cops for Cancer Tour de Coast for the amazing work you do to support kids and families facing cancer. 🚴‍♂️💛 We’re proud to stand with you each year, including through our annual charity hockey game between the Powell River RCMP and Firefighters, where proceeds are split between Tour de Coast and our Firefighters Charity.

Together, we’re stronger — on the road, on the ice, and in our community. 🙏🔥

It’s the FINAL day of our Fill the Boot Drive! 🥾❤️

Powell River, you’ve been incredibly generous so far, and we can’t thank you enough for the support you’ve shown Muscular Dystrophy Canada. 🙏

We’ll be out at Save On Foods, Walmart, Quality Foods, and FreshCo until 6 PM today — one last chance to stop by, say hello, and drop a donation in the boot.

Together, we’re making a real difference for Canadians living with neuromuscular disorders. Let’s finish strong, Powell River! 💪

A big thank you to the Clarke family for supporting the BC Professional Fire Fighters Burn Fund and the Powell River Professional Fire Fighters!

Our members organized a Powell River fishing trip with Jimmy Jack Charters for the silent auction, and the Clarkes came out, had an incredible day on the water — and landed plenty of fish! 🎣🐟

Your generosity helps us continue supporting burn survivors, education programs, and community initiatives. We’re so grateful for your support and hope you enjoyed every moment out on the water.
