Sovereign Powell River We are a group of concerned people. Sincerely, The Powell River Action 4 Canada Chapter.

We unite with Action 4 Canada because we believe the medical tyranny overreach of the government has gone against our Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, Canadian Bill of Rights 1960-C44, Human rights code -1990-CH-19, The immunization act 1997, Bill s-201-genetic nondiscrimination act 2017, The Canadian Criminal code -s:265-264-269-346-423-318, the Nuremberg code 1947- informed voluntary con

We Believe that any power given to the government isn't given back to the people easily and we must stand and unite against this government, hold them accountable, preserve our freedoms, and put these mandates to an end once and for all.

The sentencing phase for Ottawa Police Detective Helen Grus has evolved from a straightforward disciplinary proceeding into a prolonged, contentious spectacle—what many now see as bureaucratic theatre rather than clear-cut discipline. After years of hearings, delays, and procedural wrangling, the tribunal is finally deciding her penalty following a misconduct conviction that reflect as much on internal politics as professional standards. The process has drawn attention not only for its length, but for the sharp divide between those who view it as necessary discipline and those of us who see it as institutional overreach.

Det, Grus is facing sentencing for a Police Service Act charge of Discreditable Conduct for allegedly seeking links between the Covid vaccine and deaths of children. They are seeking a potential punishment of a 2 year demotion.

As part of the SACA (Sexual Assault Child Abuse) unit, their mandate is to investigate all sudden and unexpected child deaths of children under the age of five. These investigations are crucial and mandated by law.

Her upcoming sentencing is scheduled for May 19th-21st, 2026, at 9:30am at 211 Huntmar Dr. in Kanata.

They have denied online viewing access to the public and are only allowing in person viewing. If you’re in the Ottawa area, please attend to support Det. Grus.

Detective Grus has been denied legal funding by the Ottawa Police Association (OPA) board of directors. The OPA dues are mandatory for all officers and civilians of the Ottawa Police Service (OPS) and the OPA has a duty to provide "fair representation" to its paying members.

Det. Grus will be appealing this decision, so there will be continued court costs on the future.

Now, more than ever we need to stand alongside of these members and show our support!!

In the ongoing fight for individual rights and freedoms in Canada, a recent decision from Arbitrator James Hayes has supported the individual rights of the Air Canada pilots placed on unpaid leave, after their religious exemptions to the Covid-19 vaccination policy were denied.

Seven Pilots expressed objection to the mandate on deeply held religious grounds. Air Canada rejected their requests for exemption, forcing them onto unpaid leave while granting paid exemptions to others. Months later, after further review, the accommodations were eventually granted, but the damage was already done.

In his ruling, Hayes found Air Canada’s process discriminatory under the Canadian Human Rights Act and the collective agreement. The airline had demanded a “personalized, written, and dated explanation from your religious leader,” an intrusive test of their sincerity that improperly outsourced validation to a third-party. Instead, Hayes insisted employers must assess an employee’s subjective belief directly, saying that “acceptance of an individual affirmation of religious belief is not dependent upon production of endorsement from someone else.”

Hayes ordered full back pay for the almost seven months during which these employees were unpaid, placing these pilots on the same paid-leave footing as colleagues who had been granted exemptions previously, and firmly rejecting the notion that collective safety trumps individual conscience.

This decision rebukes blanket mandates, affirming that personal religious freedom, bodily autonomy, and conscience prevail over corporate or governmental pressure, even in “public health” emergencies.

We firmly support Arbitrator Hayes’ interpretation and ruling. Not everyone who holds sincere religious beliefs are public in their devotions and should not have to source outside proof to justify their internally held beliefs.

We have seen numerous manipulative interpretations of our Charter Rights and Freedoms in the years since Covid turned our lives upside down. We must continue to resist these conditional interpretations and stand firm on our rights as they were originally intended; to protect the citizens of Canada from the invasive overreach of government policy intent on trivializing our individual freedoms.

In a unified stand for constitutional rights, the Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms (JCCF) has moved to stop a $290 million class-action lawsuit targeting Freedom Convoy participants, citing egregious procedural misconduct undermining justice and free expression.

The lawsuit, originally filed in February of 2022 by Ottawa residents Zexi Li, Geoffrey Delaney, Happy Goat Coffee Company, and a local union, accuses convoy organizers (Chris Barber and Tamara Lich among others) and donors of causing nuisance through peaceful protests against covid mandates.

Many argue that this massive claim is a direct and calculated assault on our right to assemble and speak out against government overreach, potentially chilling future dissent.

At the heart of the motion are the actions of Paul Champs, lawyer for the plaintiffs, and his failure to disclose a secret settlement with one defendant, Chad Eros, finalized in April of 2024.

The self-represented Mr. Eros agreed to pay $60,000, provide documents, an affidavit, and testimony against co-defendants in exchange for release; conditions that effectively turn him into a cooperating witness.

Ontario rules mandate immediate disclosure to ensure transparency, yet this agreement was kept hidden for 22 months, until January 2026. JCCF lawyers argue that "This non-disclosure is an abuse of process," explaining that it prejudices preparations and violates fair trial principles. Granting a permanent stay would safeguard individual freedoms from manipulative litigation tactics.

Currently, this motion awaits a hearing; updates will follow.

The Freedom Convoy was truly a historic expression of democratic rights, highlighting the immense overreach of the lockdowns. It remains an event of epic proportions, accomplished by hardworking Canadians who demanded to be heard.

We will always stand with those who peacefully participated in and supported the Freedom Convoy, and who support the inalienable rights and freedoms of all Canadians.

The Justice Centre announces that a significant procedural development has occurred in the $290-million class action lawsuit targeting peaceful Freedom Convoy protestors and donors.

At a case conference held on Thursday, January 29, 2026, Justice Calum MacLeod agreed to hear a motion, brought by the defence, seeking a permanent stay of the proceedings because of the plaintiffs’ failure to disclose a settlement agreement to the defendants’ legal team.

“Fairness in the justice system depends on full and timely disclosure according to the law,” said constitutional lawyer James Manson.

USA INSTIGATES MOST COMPREHENSIVE SHIFT IN VACCINE REGULATION...LIKELY TO ALSO IMPACT NEW ZEALAND POLICY

Dr Robert Malone, reviewing the truly massive shifts in vaccine policy, this week announced to staff of the FDA's vaccine arm (and the memo was leaked to the world)

Dr Malone states:

"This is the most comprehensive shift in vaccine industry regulatory policies in my lifetime and over 30 years of experience working in this industry. As FDA and CBER have traditionally set the standard for global vaccine regulatory policies, this is likely to have ripple effects across the European Union (European Medicines Agency), Canada, Great Britain, Australia, and NEW ZEALAND."

"The geopolitical implications are also profound. The UK has determined that COVID vaccine-associated death data are not to be disclosed. That position may not be sustainable now.

We are in unchartered territory, and governments, the WHO, non-governmental organizations, and media will all be forced to account for their actions in promoting these products as well as their actions suppressing and ridiculing physicians and scientists that raised objections to the promoted false narratives."
