Portage Huddle had a wonderful opportunity to get out on the land for some medicine picking with local Knowledge Carrier Jeanna and Elder Debbie

Youth had the opportunity to learn about traditional medicines, respectful harvesting and the importance of caring for and connecting with the land.

A huge thank you to Jeanna and Elder Debbie for sharing their time, knowledge, and teachings with us, and the youth who joined us for a beautiful day of learning, connection, and culture.
