Through eco-printing, indigo, and Shibori techniques, Suzanne transforms natural materials into dynamic, colorful designs full of life and intention.

Sharon Buschbeck is a recently retired elementary teacher whose love of photography began in her twenties with her father’s Minolta and rolls of 35mm film. After rediscovering her passion in midlife, she found her true calling in wildlife photography, especially birds, whose beauty and unpredictability inspire her patience and creativity.

Recently, she has embraced new challenges like capturing the Aurora Borealis and night skies. Deeply connected to the landscapes of northern Ontario—including Algonquin Park and Lake Superior—Sharon blends curiosity, skill, and heart in every image.

Her work, available in print, canvas, and metal, celebrates nature’s wonder and lifelong learning.

Inspired by the rich colours and textures of her surroundings, Pat Neal creates joyful, functional woven pieces designed to adorn both body and home.

Working on traditional wooden floor looms, she embraces the slow, meditative rhythm of winding, threading, and interlacing each strand into one-of-a-kind textiles-no two ever alike. Always searching for beautifully textured yarns, Pat brings depth and personality to every creation.

From her restored barn studio in Myrtle, Ontario-home to Naked Lamb Weaving Studio-she surrounds herself with fibre and creativity. From the moment she first sat at a loom, Pat knew weaving was her true passion.

Sarah Porter began her artistic journey in jewelry, discovering kiln-formed glass in 2010 while seeking vibrant colour for her sterling silver designs—an exploration that quickly became her true passion.

Inspired by both formal study and hands-on experimentation, she has learned from master glass artists while embracing personal trial and error. Captivated by glass’s colour, depth, light, and shadow, Sarah continually explores new techniques in heat and gravity.
Her diverse portfolio spans wearable, functional, and sculptural works.

For Sarah, kiln-formed glass is both a creative adventure and a journey of self-discovery, bringing beauty and transformation to every piece she creates.

Rick Janson describes himself as a “re-emerging” artist, rekindling a full-time painting practice after graduating from the Nova Scotia College of Art and Design in 1987.

While he never stopped creating, recent years have seen him actively exhibiting in numerous group shows and refining a distinctive style that blends realism with expressive abstraction. Influenced by mentor Riduan Tompkins—whose teachings trace back to Walter Sickert and Edgar Degas—Rick values the rich artistic lineage behind his work.

A former editor of Visual Arts News and filmmaker featured at the Atlantic Film Festival, he now paints from his backyard Oshawa studio, inspired by passing wildlife.

What began as custom furniture-making in 1991 quickly turned into a full-time passion for woodturning—“a hobby that got out of hand,” Paul Diamond jokes.

Since 1994, his beautifully crafted vases and bowls have been sold in galleries across Canada, the U.S., and Hong Kong, and collected by everyone from everyday art lovers to figures like former U.S. President Bill Clinton.

Living in the forests near Coboconk in the Kawartha Lakes, Paul draws inspiration—and often his wood—directly from nature. Surrounded by abundant wildlife, he also captures stunning animal photography, fueled daily by the beauty and wonder just outside his door.
