✨ Community Generosity in Action! ✨

We were proud to host a small but special donor recognition event celebrating the incredible support of The Auxiliary to Lakeridge Health Port Perry, the Port Perry Rotary Club, and Port Perry McDonald’s (through McHospital Days).

Thanks to their generosity and the power of our community coming together Lakeridge Health Port Perry Hospital now has seven (7) new Vital Signs Monitors and a CADD Pump to support patient care. 💙

Our nursing team, Melissa and Aimee, had the opportunity to showcase the new equipment and share how these tools will enhance patient monitoring, improve safety, and support better outcomes for those we serve every day.

This meaningful investment is a true reflection of what can happen when community partners unite for a common goal. We are deeply grateful for your commitment to local healthcare and the difference you’re making for patients and families close to home.

A Spectacular Success: Over $72,000 Raised at the 4th Annual BGIP

We've been excited to share this story, but wanted to wait until BGIP first announced the incredible impact of their event this year.

What an incredible night! 🎉✨

A huge and heartfelt thank you to Brian and Lorraine Gribben for once again hosting and treating their guests to the 4th Annual BGIP Summer Spectacular. Year after year, this event brings people together for an unforgettable evening of fun, generosity, and community spirit.

This year also marked an exciting new chapter, with JoJo Gribben taking the reins in organizing the event, introducing a fantastic new venue and an amazing band that kept the energy high all night long!

We are thrilled to celebrate the remarkable impact of this year's event, raising more than $72,000 in support of purchasing equipment for Lakeridge Health Port Perry Hospital including an incubator for the New Life Centre and more. Even more impressively, the BGIP Summer Spectacular has now raised over $270,000 since its inception. What an extraordinary achievement!

A very special thank you to Susan O'Connor, whose dedication, leadership, and unwavering commitment as an organizer and champion of this event continue to help make its success possible year after year.

To every donor, volunteer, performer, and guest who joined us, thank you for your generosity, enthusiasm, and support. Together, you created a truly spectacular evening and are making a meaningful difference in healthcare for our community.
