A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the 46th Annual Tiger Mackie Tournament such a success.
Thanks to all the players and spectators for an incredible weekend, and to the arena staff, refs, SAERC Basketball team (timekeepers), and the Richmond crew — Natasha and Spencer — for keeping everything running smoothly.
We’re grateful to the families of Tricia Little, Greg MacRae, and Bill Hood, whose memories are honoured through our tournament divisions.
A very special shout-out to the Outlaw crew (Jason, Jason, Brad, Todd and Richard) for the countless hours of hard work behind the scenes. And to Scott and Kyle for their scheduling assist!
And much appreciation to Murdena, Jayde and Jenn for being the friendly, welcoming faces in the hospitality area throughout the weekend. And to Jenny, who manages to keep the admin side organized from South Korea.
Thanks to our sponsors — Town of Port Hawkesbury, OnPar Simulator, and Nova Scotia Spirit Co. And to all those who supported our 50/50 and toque sales.

We are so grateful for this incredible hockey community and we can’t wait to see you all next year. Save the date - Jan 29-31, 2027

A big thank you to Linda Mackie, Tiger’s daughter, for everything she does and for being such a wonderful part of our tournament family. It was great to present her with a small token of appreciation for her continuous support!
Pictured here with Oldtimer Outlaws, Gary Reynolds and Collie ā€œOrrā€ Macdonald—who once again proves that experience counts… and yes, he’s officially the most seasoned guy in the tournament (we won’t say how many years of wisdom that is šŸ˜‰). Fun fact, Collie and Gary are two of only three players in the tournament who would have hit the ice with Tiger, the other being Bruce Latimer, of The Rinkrats.
And of course, many know Linda as Tricia Little’s mother, which just adds to how special she is to so many of us. Thanks again, Linda! šŸ’
