Did you know that 2026 has 3 Friday the 13th dates! The first one will be here before we know it in February. Need a new t-shirt/sweatshirt? This Saturday during the meat roll starting at 3pm we will be taking orders for anyone interested. Pictures of design, colours and pricing attached.

Please take a few minutes to watch this 5-minute YouTube video highlighting the remarkable life of Reg Harrison, who passed away at the age of 103. Reg was the last surviving member of RCAF Bomber Command, 431 “Iroquois” Squadron.

During his service, Reg survived four aircraft crashes and completed 19 missions. His story is featured in seven Thomega Canada Remembers documentaries, many of which have been shared in schools across the country—thanks in part to support from Poppy Committees since 2016.

Reg’s legacy is also honoured at the Canadian War Museum through an immersive exhibit, and he was named an Honorary Snowbird, a fitting tribute to an extraordinary life of service.
