Wayne and Marilyn Schwartz 60th Anniversary Originally created to celebrate 50 years, we've updated this page to celebrate the 60th Wedding Anniversary of Wayne and Marilyn Schwartz.

This page sponsored by their boys, Greg, Trent and Tyler Schwartz, and families. Wayne and Marilyn Schwartz were married 50 years ago, on September 25, 1965. They settled in Port Colborne, Ontario and raised a family of three boys. Wayne and Marilyn each worked 33 years in their respective careers. Wayne at John Deere Welland Works, and Marilyn as an RN at Port Colborne General Hospital. They have

been active leaders and community builders, participating in the Jaycees/Jaycettes, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Rotary Club, Port Colborne Community Futures, St. Peters Lutheran Church, Northland Point, and so much more. BIG thanks 🙏 to all our friends and family who attended our party yesterday. It was such a special time! We want to thank Mayor Bill Steele 🎩 for dropping by with greetings from the City.

Bella and Blooms created amazing floral arrangements 🌼, inspired by Marilyn’s 1965 bridal bouquet. And our beautiful cake 🍰 was created by Bittersweet and Symphony in Niagara Falls.

We are truly overwhelmed with the love you’ve shown us as we prepare for our next phase of life, which starts today as we move into Community of Portal Village. 🏰

Special thanks to Niagara South MP Fred Davies for stopping by to recognize Wayne and Marilyn’s 60th Anniversary. 🎉 Fred and Wayne served together on Port Colborne’s Economic Development Commission back in the 1980s, with a focus on developing the Port Colborne Marina as we know it today. ⚓️🚢
