Canadian Corps Unit #43 - Port Colborne The Canadian Corps Association is a Veterans organization located at 70 West St, in Port Colborne
The "Corps" (pronounced like core)

One of the original member-associations of The National Council of Veteran Associations in Canada (NCVA). It was formed in 1934 by the First World War veterans who wanted to “promote the welfare of the veteran and their dependants in particular, and Canada as a whole.” Its name came from the front line soldiers who fought in the trenches during the First World War, but the association has always been open to all ex-service men and women and as of late, to their descendants.

That’s a wrap on another amazing Canal Days! ❤️

From the bottom of our hearts, thank you to everyone who stopped by the Canadian Corps Unit 43 during the weekend. Whether you came for the live music, grabbed some incredible BBQ, shared a drink with friends, or simply stopped in to say hello, you helped make this year’s Canal Days one to remember.

A huge thank you to our fantastic entertainers for keeping the crowd singing and dancing all weekend long, J&B Pro Audio for making every performance sound incredible, and Backroad Barbecue Company for serving up some of the best BBQ around.

Most importantly, we’d like to recognize our amazing volunteers. Your countless hours, hard work, and dedication are what make weekends like this possible. We truly couldn’t do it without you.

To the entire Port Colborne community and everyone who visited during Canal Days—thank you for supporting local, supporting the Canadian Corps, and making our unit a part of your celebration. Your support helps us continue serving our veterans, our members, and our community.
