Ending Polio is Rotary's number one initiative. To date Rotary and partners in the eradication efforts have saved 11 million children from polio flaccid paralysis, but the job is not finished until polio is gone for good.

The Montreal-Lakeshore Rotary club sponsors this annual auction. Vacations, art, jewelry, wine, fine dining, vet services, flying lessons, and much more will be up for bids. The venue and all supporting materials and services have been donated. Are no operating expenses that will come out of the funds raised. All the proceeds from the auction sales go to supporting our community or to National and International projects all involved in changing the lives of people who live in food, water or health insecurity. The auction is an entertainment event not to be missed. Scott Kessler is our auctioneer, Scott is engaging, funny and very affable. And then there's the characters competing for the lots, and they can be more fun than Scott. If you don't win a bid, the evening is sure to leave you feeling like a winner: It's live entertainment, it's spontaneous and enjoyable, and all for a good cause. It can't get any better than that.
