Tomorrow is our information session about out Extreme Heat Safety Program, come join us at the Plaster Rock Welcome Center from 1-3pm.

Join our team on Thursday June 18th at the Welcome Center to learn more about extreme heat events, and how to protect yourself and others.

As temperatures rise in Tobique Valley, extreme heat can be dangerous for our older community members. Dehydration and heat stroke can sneak up quickly, but together, we can protect our loved ones!

We are officially launching our Extreme Heat Check-In Program to make sure the seniors in our area stays cool, hydrated, and safe during heatwaves. Stop in to hear about how this program will work or to refer a senior to this program.

We had a wonderful time swinging like nobody's watching yesterday at our first Grip & Sip event! We had some naturals and even our non golfers enjoyed a golf cart tour around the grounds in style.
A big thank you to the Plaster Rock Golf Club for hosting us!
Our next Grip & Sip will be June 22nd 1-3pm. We will be having a BBQ following our golfing fun.
Please register so we can plan for enough.

Our first Grip & Sip is this coming Monday June 8th this event is great for anyone who has never golfed before or any pros out there. We will be gathering on the patio after for refreshments and enjoy good company. Reach out to us today to register!

Looking for a reason to get outside and meet new people? Whether you’ve never touched a golf club or you’ve been chasing birdies for 40 years, this is for you!

Join us at the Plaster Rock Golf Club for 2 afternoons of fun on the driving range. A resident Pro will be onsite to help beginners find their swing and help avid golfers find their rhythm.

✅ FOR NEWBIES: Basic instruction from our Club Pro. They’ll have you hitting the ball in no time!
✅ FOR PROS: A chance to sharpen your skills and share your secrets of the game.

Join us this beautiful sunny morning at the pavilion by Roulston Lake. This is an ideal, flat walking surface with some shade. For those looking for a bit more variety in terrain, the trails around the lake are a great option too!
