A big thank you to John and Margie Prevost and Prevost Perrenials. They have donated 3 cherry trees and a Royal Frost Hybrid Birch to the South Junction Community Club. We have planted them on the S.W. side of the open area of the walking path. Eventually they will grow and provide shade in this open area.

The following 3 items were found at the South Junction Community Club after Saturday's tournament. If this is yours, contact Mitch by text or phone at 204 two eight 98. For either one of the mugs you will need to tell us what is written on the mug.

We have received very positive comments from the teams involved in the tournament. Hopefully all eight teams can play again next year. Mark your calendars, July 25th, 2026.

We appreciate everyone's support. And a special thank you to all the volunteers. We won't mention any names for fear of missing someone. With everyone's support, whether as a fan, volunteer or a player, you make it possible to keep our club going and improving.

The "C" Side Championship was won by the Grawberger team. They defeated the Piney Bunch team. As both these teams roots are Piney based, this was for Piney bragging rights.

There was a good turnout for Canada Day Celebrations in South Junction. Most of these pictures were taken earlier in the evening. Also the decision by CanFire Pyrotechnics to start the fireworks a little early because of a pending weather system was a great call. Great fireworks!
