Celebrations for an entire year! Come celebrate our Biggest Birthday Ever!

We're turning 50 in July, but we're celebrating all year long! Save the date July 19-21 for a weekend PACKED with friends, family and FUN!!! Pinawa was established in 1963 by Atomic Energy of Canada to house the employees and families of the Whiteshell Nuclear Research Establishment. In July of 1964, the first Pinawa Birthday was held and it's been an annual tradition ever since! 2013 marks our 50th, so we've decided to celebrate the entire year through.
