Pink Sensations Dragon Boat Race Team Pink Sensation is a nonprofit dragon boat team for breast cancer survivors based in Frenchman’s Bay, Pickering.

We provide a welcoming, supportive, and empowering space for survivors to build strength, confidence, and community on and off the water. Dragon Boat Racing Team made up of dedicated and strong breast cancer survivors.

The weather tested us. Races cancelled. Little practice. An uphill battle. International Breast Cancer Paddlers Commission @
But we showed up. We raced. We kept paddling.
Because dragon boating is the perfect analogy for life after breast cancer. The water gets rough, the journey gets hard, but we keep moving forward — together, one stroke at a time.

No matter what this disease throws at us, we can conquer anything.

Lac du Bourget, a little sightseeing, good food, great drinks, and all the fun leading up to the Nations Parade — and now it’s almost race day!

Today we celebrate the country we are proud to call home and the incredible strength of the communities that make it so special.
As breast cancer survivors, teammates, family, and friends, we are grateful for every opportunity to paddle together, support one another, and create lasting friendships on the water. Our dragon boat reminds us that when we paddle as one, we are stronger together.
Wishing everyone a safe, joyful, and memorable Canada Day filled with family, laughter, and gratitude.
