A huge thank you to everyone who made it out to our chapter meeting this past week!
The turnout was fantastic, and it was great seeing so many members gathered to talk fall patterns, gear, and late-season tactics. A special thank you to Katie Cunningham for delivering such an incredible, detailed presentation on the Petawawa River Project. Getting a firsthand look at the tracking data, fish movements, and the tangible conservation impact of our MCI research funding was fascinating to see.
Thank you as well to everyone who bought tickets and supported our prize table, and congratulations to all of our raffle winners. Every dollar raised goes directly right back into supporting our projects, youth days, and local conservation initiatives.
Water temps are dropping, the green weeds are dying back, and the prime late-fall bite is officially here. Be safe out on the water, dress warm, and good luck hunting down that late-season giant.
