This , we’re celebrating what happens when girls are given the opportunity to play, lead and dream big.

Sport is so much more than a game. It builds confidence, resilience and leadership, and creates opportunities for girls to see themselves as changemakers.

That’s the idea behind FuelHER: connecting young athletes to conversations about girls’ health, rights, leadership and opportunity, while showing how the challenges girls face can look very different around the world.

From Canadian rinks to fields and courts around the world, we’re helping girls see that the game is just the beginning.

Together, let’s fuel a generation of healthy, confident and empowered gamechangers.

Ava Minhas est une joueuse de soccer de haut niveau qui évolue dans la BCSPL. Étudiante au baccalauréat international, elle s’intéresse particulièrement au leadership et à l’engagement communautaire et souhaite contribuer à créer davantage de possibilités pour les filles dans le sport.

À titre de jeune agente de changement, Ava souhaite favoriser la participation des filles au sport et explorer les liens entre le sport, la santé, la nutrition et l’éducation. Elle espère aussi inspirer de plus jeunes athlètes à prendre confiance en elles et à poursuivre leurs objectifs!
