Every time a newcomer walks through our doors, they are not simply entering an organization; they are entering a community. A community that cares, welcomes, supports, and believes in their ability to build a new life and a place to call home.

Thank you to everyone who supports the New Canadians Centre. Our new Gratitude Report is here, and it shares the stories of newcomers, volunteers, donors, and community partners who help make Peterborough a welcoming place for all.

Take a few minutes to read the report and see the impact of your support this year! https://nccpeterborough.ca/publications/

Fall New-to-You Giveaway 🍂

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Fall New-to-You Giveaway at the New Canadians Centre! Newcomer families found adult and children's clothing and household items to help them get ready for the fall and winter, all for free.

Thank you to everyone who donated gently used items. Your generosity made this day possible and helped newcomer families in our community feel welcome and prepared for the colder months. 💛

We also want to thank all our wonderful volunteers who helped make this event happen. We could not do it without you! 🌸
