❗❗❗ CALLING ALL POST SECONDARY STUDENTS ❗❗❗

The newly announced eligibility criteria of the Canadian Emergency Response Benefit neglects the realities of students who don’t work during the school year or have contract jobs that will end soon, and were depending on finding a summer job.

Students are calling on the federal government to ensure income security for post-secondary students by guaranteeing $500/ week through the expansion of CERB eligibility or the creation of a similar benefit for all post-secondary students.
