We are pleased to see this initiative on The Parkway and would like to extend our gratitude to the Peterborough Police Service and Ontario Provincial Police - Central Region for their continued support in removing impaired drivers from our roadways and waterways.

🚨 🚨

Tonight’s the night — Game 7 of the World Series and the Blue Jays are making history! Whether you're watching from home, a local bar, or with friends, make sure your celebration doesn’t end on the road.

Our officers will be out conducting RIDE checks across the City of Kawartha Lakes.

If you’re drinking:

✅ Plan a safe ride home

✅ Use a designated driver

✅ Call a cab or rideshare

Let’s keep our roads safe while cheering on the Jays!^c.s
