A big thank you to everyone who joined us for Community Club! We had a wonderful time getting creative with collage and sticker making, and it was great to see so many smiling faces.

Join us for Free Tai Chi at Skaha Lake Park!

SOICS warmly invites you to enjoy free Tai Chi classes led by local instructors Master Linda Jia and Master Ray Qin.

Location: Skaha Lake Park Pavilion
Time: 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 a.m.

September 1 & 8

Whether you're new to Tai Chi or have previous experience, everyone is welcome. Come enjoy gentle movement, improve your balance and flexibility, and start your day in a beautiful lakeside setting.

Yesterday was the first day of our Community Club, and what a great start! 🎉

We enjoyed delicious crêpes, fresh popcorn, and lots of laughs while watching Brother Bear. Thank you to everyone who joined us—we can’t wait to see you again!
