💚 There is something powerful about giving ourselves permission to slow down.

To step away from the demands of our everyday work. To catch our breath. To spend time in a beautiful place, nourish our bodies and minds, and reconnect with ourselves and with one another.

Our educator wellness retreat offered exactly that.

We felt honoured to have Anona Kampe open our day with a traditional Syilx welcome, creating a meaningful beginning to our time together.

With the caring and thoughtful facilitation of Lisa Baylis, we were invited to slow down, be present, reflect, and connect in meaningful ways. From breaks in the garden and moments of individual reflection, to meaningful collective work, conversation, laughter and the nourishing food prepared by Frog City Cafe, every part of the day contributed to a growing sense of community and connection. 🌿

What we started together will continue. Over the coming months, we will gather in Circles of Practice, returning to and building upon this foundation as we deepen relationships, strengthen our practice and continue making space for educator well-being.

With sincere gratitude to the ECE Professional Development Bursary for supporting this opportunity. Investing in educators means creating space not only for professional learning, but also for connection, reflection and renewal. 🌱

Sometimes slowing down is exactly what we need to move forward with greater connection and intention.

Because those who spend every day caring for and nurturing others deserve opportunities to be nourished, too!

Educators, consider this your sign. 💛

If you’ve been looking at our Educator Wellness Retreat and thinking, “I would love to do that…” this is your last call to make it happen!

We know how much educators give every day. This retreat and community of practice is an opportunity to slow down, connect with others who understand, and intentionally make space for your own wellness.

No prep and planning. No emails. No taking care of everyone else for a little while. 🌿

Just time to breathe, recharge, connect, and fill your own cup.

✨ Last chance to register!

Because educator wellness matters. And so do you. 💚

Tag an educator who could use a little time to refill their cup.
