Love seeing our community step up for the Peach Classic Triathlon ❤️

As the race continues to grow, so does the need for an incredible volunteer team to help bring race weekend to life. From swim safety and aid stations to course support and athlete encouragement, volunteers are a massive part of what makes the Peach such a special event.

If you’ve raced before, you already know the impact a great volunteer can have on your day. If you haven’t volunteered yet, this is your chance to be part of the energy, excitement, and community that make triathlon in Penticton so unique.

And honestly… a summer day at the beach cheering on athletes isn’t a bad way to spend a weekend 😎🌊

The Penticton Triathlon Club is looking to grow our pool of certified coaches, and we’d love to hear from members who are interested in taking the Level 1 / Community Coaching Certification.

If you’ve ever thought about giving back, supporting fellow athletes, or developing your coaching skills, this is a great opportunity. We’re aiming to schedule a certification course in Penticton in late February or early March, based on interest.

1.9km Dawn swim
83km Bike with over 2000m elevation
27km Run with 1400m elevation

Once you start going up you just keep going!

It is the season of...planning next year's race schedules. There has been some interest from athletes attending the Ironman Victoria 70.3. We thought that we would put it out there and see if other club members are heading over to Victoria next spring? There has also been some conversations about some members potentially heading to Challenge Roth in 2027. Can you add a comment below if you are interested in either or both of these? And if there is anything you would like the club to do to facilitate these trips?
