Improve how you move class starting Sunday nights Oct 16th along with Yoga/movement class also starting Sunday nights Oct 16th. This is happening at the Pense Community Fitness Centre. See below more information from the instructor:

Do you stand or sit a lot of your day? How do those repetitive motions relate to daily activities or your movement classes. Do you want to feel more confident engaging your core, setting up your feet and shoulders?

IMPROVE HOW YOU MOVE β 75.00 for 5 weeks
maximum 8 people/class
This 30 min self assessment and body awareness class where each week you will focus on a specific area of the body. Each week you will focus on a new area and over 5 weeks you will build on creating a system to better prepare your body for different types of movement.

Sunday 6:45 β 7:15
YOGA/MOVEMENT CLASS β 13.00/class
This 45 min class combines mobility, strengthening, stretching and balance. You will be given the opportunity to slow down movements to allow time to continually work on body position and breath by using the Set, Inhale and Exhale system.
