Pender Islands Museum The museum is in a 1908 home that was once home to the Roesland Resort. Located on North Pender Island in the Gulf Islands National Park.

Admission is by donation. Hours:

Open Thursday through Sunday, 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, all summer long. Open outside these hours for groups of usually 6 or more by special request.

Thank you to everyone who came out yesterday to our stall at the Fall Fair. Congratulations to all the winners, and we hope you enjoyed playing our "What's It?" game. The museum has changed to our fall opening hours, and is open Labour Day weekend SAT-MON from 1-4pm.

We’re excited to share our stall with the South Pender Historical Society at this year’s Fall Fair. Find us on Saturday to try your hand at identifying some unusual artifacts for a chance to win a great little gift basket.

Our new display, “In Sickness and in Healthcare” is open, and ready for visitors. Follow the chronology of healthcare on Pender, and admire the museum’s extensive collection owned by the last home-based doctor in the 1970s. Final reminder! Tomorrow afternoon, come by the cemetery for the museum's A Walk through History. No sign-up is necessary, just show up at 2pm.

Cost is $10 donation to the museum. We'll be about an 1h 15min. Meet at the cemetery. Benches will be available.
