That’s a wrap on this years charity bass tournament!! Always appreciate all the teams who compete and more importantly, raise funds for local charities!! Thanks to all the local businesses who donated prizes!
Huge thanks to Retired Captain Phil Corriveau and his wife Lori for hosting, always appreciate the hospitality!
Special shoutout to Ryan Wells and Tyler Ducharme from Brockville Professional Fire Fighters Association - Local 536 who made the trip down hwy 17 to support our event, thanks brothers!! Ontario's Fire Fighters

Just want to thank everyone who came out to the fireworks last night, what a crowd!!! Also, a big thank you to the The City of Pembroke and City of Pembroke Fire Department for all the assistance in organizing and putting on the show!! Hope to see everyone next year!!!

We are monitoring both the rain coming in and the wind direction to make a decision on firing the fireworks with the The City of Pembroke. A safe display is our priority. A decision will be made between 8:30 and 9pm.

The Pembroke Professional Fire Fighters Association is proud to support the next generation of firefighters by awarding bursaries to our co-op students Nic Henry and Adam Martens, who are pursuing their Pre-Service Firefighter Education and Training this fall.

These 2 bursaries were made possible through the generosity and legacy of retired firefighter Glen Clarke (1963-1993), whose dedication to the fire service and his community, continued long after his retirement.

Following his passing, a portion of the donations made in his memory were entrusted to us to help create opportunities for aspiring firefighters taking the next step towards their firefighting career.

We thank the family of Brother Clarke for the donation and we know he would be proud to see it being used in this way.

All the best Adam and Nic, you’ve set the bar high!
