UPDATE ‼️ Online claims are back!

Ready to submit a claim for your Student Health Plan? Here's how:

Step 1: Visit your app store and download the ClaimSecure app onto your mobile device.

Step 2: Create an e-profile & set up direct deposit

Group Number: 513970
Certificate ID: your student # after the 'A' (eg, A0412345678)

Step 3: Log in and follow the steps:

- Claims
- Submit Photoclaim
- Select the benefit you're submitting for
- Take a photo or upload existing proof of claim (receipt)
- Done!

Summer Hours

All SA services will change to summer hours as of Monday, April 27.

Closures

The Gymnasium will be CLOSED from Monday, April 20, to Friday, April 24.

The Landing will be CLOSED for the summer as of Monday, April 27.
