Our company is seeking qualified contractors to submit bids for the construction of a 20-foot by 20-foot gazebo to be installed at our playground. The gazebo will be used as a shaded gathering space for our children and staff.
Project Requirements:
• Structure size: 20' x 20'
• Material: Wood frame
• Roofing: Steel roof
• Designed for outdoor public use
• Durable and weather-resistant construction suitable for local climate
• Safe for use in a playground environment
• Contractor responsible for materials, labor, and construction
Scope of Work:
• Supply all materials
• Site preparation (if required)
• Construction and installation of gazebo
• Ensure structure is secure and meets applicable building standards
Bid Submission Should Include:
• Total project cost estimate
• Estimated project timeline
• Description of materials to be used
• Examples/photos of similar projects (if available)
• Proof of insurance and relevant certifications
• Warranty information (if applicable)
Timeline:
We are hoping to have the gazebo completed by June 2026, so contractors should indicate their availability to meet this schedule.
