This is long overdue, but BMPP wanted to send out a BIG Peace River Welcome to Amy Soudek who is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant (CHNC), now offering services in the Peace River area through her business, Balanced Spoon Nutritional Consulting.

She is currently offering Lunch ‘n’ Learns for families, businesses, clubs, sporting events, etc., and is taking registrations for one-on-one consultations for the New Year!

Affecting at least 1 in 4 women, this is unfortunately not an isolated issue, though fortunately there are many who are ready and willing to raise awareness and offer support.
