Before the winter snow flies and Christmas arrives, we are squeezing in one more round of Great Expectations classes! Because of the tight timeline, each class will run a little longer than usual, and she hopes to finish before December 17.

Today we want to share some bittersweet news with our Hope community. After three years of dedicated service and compassion, Christie, has moved on to a new role at CIBC.

We are so grateful for her giving heart - her support and care for clients, her commitment to our mission, and the many ways she supported our team. She leaves behind big shoes to fill, but has promised to stop in and help as a volunteer.

In the meantime, we kindly ask clients to call and book an appointment so we can ensure we have people here to support you well.

Thank you, Christie, for everything you poured into Hope. You are a big part of Hope's story.

Her position has been filled, and we look forward to introducing our new staff member once she begins.

October is Pregnancy & Infant Loss Awareness Month

Please be gentle…there are many that are carrying a grief that the rest of the world may not see…but we do.

Do you need a snowsuit or warm jacket for your little one? Please come to Hope!

Funny story- we accidentally misplaced a large bin of winter items. Once found, we realized we have twice the snowsuits we thought we had. We don't have room for them all.

We also have lots of winter boots, hats, some mittens and gloves.

Money is tight for a lot of families right now. Please come and check out our selection before purchasing. Plenty of nb through size 2T, and some selection right up through size 6.

Last chance to get your tickets for our annual Journey of Hope fundraising dinner! We have tickets for sale at the office (111 James St.) until noon this Thursday, Sept 17th.
Dinner will be Tuscan chicken, rice pilaf, salad, buns, and a dessert bar.
If you aren't able to join us for the meal, consider coming at 7:00 to hear some Hope client stories and join with other believers in worship led by John Felsman. (This portion of the evening is by donation only.)
Our silent auction will be happening in the church lobby. It will only be in-person this year. (No online bidding.)
