Congrats to ALIAS Inc. for opening their doors, previous winners of the $10,000 Parry Sound Area Founders Circle Award.

Officially OPEN!!!

The building is (mostly) complete and tenants are moving in.

On the main floor you’ll currently find GMA - Medical Spa & Skin Health Centre in Parry Sound and the North East Specialized Geriatrics Centre. The remaining units are under renovation and those businesses will be opening fall 2026.

On the second floor there are seven fully furnished apartments that are being privately rented to visiting healthcare professionals on a short term basis.

It’s truly a beautiful building and we are so excited for you to see it! Stay tuned for information about our Grand Opening in September :)
