The new Pathways enhancements are here! This graphic explains the new requirements for Path completion. Folks, think of this not as extra requirements; rather, you are now getting credit for all the club roles you already fill! Start tracking your roles! And I am thrilled to see the Education Series come back to our clubs! Remember, these new updates apply on,y to Levels not yet completed!

What are your thoughts on the below changes made by TMI for the pathways program? I love, love, love that TI is incorporating some of the really worthwhile parts of the old Legacy program into Pathways. I see it as a very positive step forwards!

1)In order to finish level, members are now required to take club meeting roles in addition to delivering projects. Club VPEs have to make sure that the members did indeed take the roles when they approve level completions.

2) For levels 3,4,5 members will be required to give presentations from the Successful Club Series, the Leadership Excellence Series or the Better Speaker Series.
