Exciting News! The Palmerston Hub is now open 5 days a week!

Monday - Friday, 10-5pm!

IMPORTANT: We will remain closed for Monday, August 3rd for the Holiday, and Thursday, August 6th

We have updated our Summer Hours and will be open from 10AM-5PM!

We have a variety of supports available for walk-in or appointment all month;
✔️Primary care/Nurse Practitioner (not at the YMCA Guelph)
✔️Addiction Support
✔️Mental Health Clinician

Happy Summer! ☀️

The Palmerston Youth Hub will be closed Tuesdays and Thursdays starting July 1st.

All of the Youth Wellness Hubs across Wellington-Guelph will have adjusted hours for the months of July and August. Drop-in sessions are now from 10AM-5PM effective June 29th at all hubs.
