YWHO WG - Palmerston

This season of Thanksgiving, we’re extending a heartfelt thank you to everyone who has helped make the Palmerston Youth Hub possible. 💙

Because of our incredible donors and supporters, youth in rural Wellington County have access to welcoming spaces, meaningful programs, and supports close to home.

Thank you to:
✨ Egg Farmers of Ontario for the Kitchen
✨ Triton Engineering for the Front Porch Room
✨ George & Lynda White for the Study Pods
✨ RWDI for the Activity-Themed Space

Your support helps ensure youth have a place to connect, grow, and access the care they need when and where they need it most. Thank you for making a difference.

Celebrating 5 Years of the Palmerston Youth Hub! 🎉
Last week, we celebrated five years of the Palmerston Youth Hub alongside youth, community partners, supporters, and friends of the hub.

The evening included remarks from community partners who reflected on the positive impact the hub has had on local youth and the importance of having a welcoming space where young people can connect, grow, and access support.

Guests enjoyed pizza while exploring displays throughout the hub that highlighted the ways youth use each room and the difference those spaces have made in their lives. Our Memory Wall and Gratitude Table were filled with reflections, stories, and appreciation from youth who have helped shape the hub over the years. One thing became very clear while reading through the memories: Palmerston youth really love their poutine! 😊

Thank you to everyone who has supported the Palmerston Youth Hub over the last five years.

Together, you’ve helped create a space where youth feel they belong.
