📢 Palmerston Site Closed This Week

Please note that The Grove Palmerston will be closed throughout March Break and will reopen Monday, March 23.

Our Saturday opening has also been moved from this Saturday March 21st to the following Saturday March 28th. We’ll be open that Saturday, March 28th from 12-4PM for drop-in and programming.

💙 Bell Let’s Talk Day at Palmerston 💙

At Palmerston, we created a sticky note wall with guided questions focused on mental health. Youth were invited to share signs to look out for, resources that are available, and activities they do to support their mental health 🌱

This activity helped us get clear on the core services available through The Grove YWHO and served as a reminder of how to access wellness supports, along with the everyday actions we can take to care for our mental health.

(The board will remain up for the foreseeable future so more youth have the opportunity to add to the wall 🙌)
