Under the direction of health and fitness leaders, educated in the modern opportunities, children ages 5 to 15 learn how movement, outdoor play, cold water plunges and breathing techniques support their physical and mental health. By teaching children, the power of their own physiology, we empower our kids to be strong, mentally, and physically to take the lead on building their own full potential story. Through a series of age appropriate activities, lessons about movement, breathing, sleep, nutrition and community are re-enforced to help children experience the power of their own physiology. The team at Ultimate Fitness Gyms are passionate about inspiring and guiding children and youth to understand the power of their own physiology. They take a 360-degree approach to help children understand how each aspect of their health is linked to their body and brain health, supporting their full potential, whether academically, socially, emotionally or in any activity or sport of their choosing. In addition to their post-secondary studies in health and fitness, our leaders are training with global leaders advancing education based in the modern science research. They pride themselves in constantly evolving the program curriculum based on the modern lessons advancing. Sessions run on Tuesday's and Thursday's
