To our incredible volunteers: THANK YOU!! From the pancake breakfast crew and parade organizers to Kid Zone, parking, set-up, clean-up, silent auction, registration, games, and everything in between — Oyama Fun Day simply would not happen without you. 💙 Your time, energy, and community spirit are what make this event so special year after year.

To the local businesses and organizations who generously donated products, experiences, and services for our silent auction and raffle prizes: thank you for showing up for our community. 💙

🎉 OYAMA FUN DAY IS THIS SUNDAY! 🎉

One of the best days of the year in Oyama is almost here, and everyone's invited!

🥞 Pancake Breakfast | 8–11 a.m.
Start your day at the Oyama Community Club Hall.

🚗 Parade | 11–11:30 a.m.
From Gatzke's Market to Oyama Traditional School. Still want to join the parade? Float registrations are open on our website!

🎈 Kid Zone | 12–2:30 p.m.
Games, activities, and plenty of fun for kids of all ages.

💦 Dunk Tank
Take your shot at dunking! We're always looking for brave volunteers willing to take a turn in the tank.

🛍️ Food & Market Vendors
Shop local, grab a bite to eat, and enjoy the community atmosphere.

🎟️ Silent Auction & Raffles
Located inside the Oyama Community Club Hall throughout the afternoon, featuring amazing donations from local businesses and organizations. All proceeds support the Oyama Community Club.

🏃 Field Games | 2–2:30 p.m.
Join us outside for some classic Fun Day fun!

We’re Looking for Our Next Oyama Fun Day Parade Organizer 🎉

Want to play an important role in one of Oyama Fun Days most loved traditions?

👉We’re looking for a dedicated Volunteer to step into the role of Parade Organizer.

This is an important and rewarding role that gets to work with a collection of great people each year.
It truly gives back more than the time it takes.💙 You can be a key part of making Oyama Fun Days happen!

Parade Organizer duties can include:
-Plan, coordinate, and execute the parade - we have a team that helps each year
-Participant registration - we do through the OCC site!
-Manage logistics & safety with the support of the RCMP, Community Policing and Bylaw
-Helping organize float lineup and staging before the parade begins.
-Promotional activities - we want someone who LOVES parades and Oyama!

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being organized, loves community involvement, and wants to help keep this cherished event running smoothly for years to come.💙

We’ll provide training, support, and guidance every step of the way—we’re excited to help someone grow into this role! 🙌
