Trail Highlights: Our trails are well groomed, marked, and signed. The trail system runs from Oxford to Tatamagouche, with groomed access to Pugwash, Wallace, the Cobequid Mountains and Wentworth via Angevine Lake. Route Six trails interconnect with four other trail networks. On the main trail between Oxford and Tatamagouche lies the historic 440 foot Wallace Swing Bridge. This bridge was construc
ted back in 1889, 100 feet of the bridge was designed to swing out of the way to allow masted schooners to continue up the river. Our trails are groomed, signed, and marked into: 5 Winter restaurants, 4 Gas Stations, 4 Convenience Stores, 3 Motels, 1 B&B, 2 Snowmobile Repair Shops, and 1 Snowmobile Accessory Shop.

Support local business. A few destinations on our system are the Rite Stop Gas station/Convenience Store Wallace and the McMahones Restaurant , Pugwash Langilles Esso, Inn The Elms (opposite the Esso in Pugwash for awesome food)/lodging, MacFarlane Restaurant and HillCrest Motel right on the trail into Pugwash; Ultramar in Thompson Station for great food and fuel, Oxford Irving, Subway and Tim Horton's plus the Parkview Restaurant and Motel, Big Als Tavern in Tatamagouche and Fuel next door at Tri-Country Ford plus the Needs store in Wentworth for food and fuel. We hope to get better connections to the Valley Inn in Wentworth. Thanks to the support of our partners and the local ATV Club, the trails continue to improve and expand!!
