Glassworks Cooperative Glassworks is designing the future of attainable, sustainable housing in Owen Sound, Ontario. Glassworks has a plan for an attainable, sustainable community.

Glassworks Village is at the fore-front of what the Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation has called "the future of affordable housing”. Our project is designed, not for profit, but for living within our means, and our planet's capacity. We all need a place to call home, yet more and more of us are unable to afford one. At the same time, we need to drastically change the way we live to save our planet. These global issues are playing out right here in Owen Sound, Ontario. Become a member of our project and help support our plans towards progress and innovation in housing for Owen Sound, and Grey-Bruce Counties.

Thanks to all members for attending, watching online, and following. Kristopher Stevens deputed Monday night to a full house.

Glassworks presented a plan that would bring millions of dollars into the community, 60 permanent jobs, indigenous skills training, access to labour for businesses, and attainable home ownership to Owen Sound and those making as little as minimum wage.

The Glassworks housing cooperative feels Owen Sound has enough employment lands to meet its future needs.
