Student placements can be more than just extra hands on deck — they can be a source of real innovation.
Coloursmith Labs, a Halifax-based optical filtration manufacturer with just 10 employees, has been using EMC's WILWorks Student Work Placement Program to bring in fresh technical capacity and perspectives.
