An increasing number of baby-boomers are reaching retirement age and many of them will find they can not afford Market Rent housing. Some will be needing government help, but the government can not afford to subsidize everyone. There are many Senior residences but they are more expensive, and therefore those most in need can not afford to live there either. Any other low-cost solutions are very li

mited in number and the waiting list to get in are growing longer every day.Therefore it is time to "Think outside the Box" by taking control of our own situation. At Cohousing Options we have another solution so you can take control. The solution is "SHARING," like College and University students have been doing for ages. First we will conduct your free confidential evaluation to gage which of our options will work best for you. It could be sharing space in your own home with someone else in similar circumstances. It could be you sharing someone else's home. Or it could be sharing a rental unit some where else. We can try to tweak different options to fit your particular needs. We will introduce you to other clients who may be suitable for your sharing option. That will be your decision.
