Carleton Circle K Club Welcome to the Facebook group for the Circle K club of Carleton University. Circle K International i

Circle K International is a student-run organization that offers community service, leadership development, and character-building opportunities for college/university students. With more than 12,600 members in 17 nations, CKI is making a positive impact on the world every day. Circle K clubs are organized and sponsored by a Kiwanis club on a college or university campus. CKI is a self-governing o

rganization and elects its own officers, conducts its own meetings, and determines its own service activities. CKI blends community service and leadership training with the opportunity to meet other college/university students around the world. Initiatives like the Eliminate Project, which hopes to eliminate maternal and neonatal tetanus by 2015 by raising $110 million for UNICEF, bring CKI members together to make a difference in the world. Amazing experience this weekend laying wreaths at the Beechwood cemetery for Wreaths Across Canada. So many individuals came out to support and pay respects to the fallen veterans whom we owe so much to. Thanks to the die-hard volunteers for spending some time out in the cold for an amazing cause!

Don't forget that this Sunday December 7th the Carleton Circle K Club is heading to participate in Wreaths Across Canada at the Beechwood Cemetery. If you would like to participate in this event with us, just send us a message or email and we can all meet before the ceremony!
Service starts at 1h30pm, followed by the wreath laying - come out and help Wreaths Across Canada!
