2025 wasn’t easy. Global instability, budget cuts, and tough decisions hit us hard.

But like Marcus Aurelius said, “We suffer more in imagination than in reality.”

At Member Lounge, we went through layoffs and missed opportunities. But we also hired some incredible team members later in the year and found a way forward through AI, teamwork, and resilience.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s this: take action, even when it’s hard. Especially when it’s hard!

To our clients, partners, friends, and family, thank you. Your support means everything.

Wishing you a Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah, and a strong start to the new year.
